Our Services
Our buyer network
We do not buy every business we review. When we are not the right buyer, the next best thing we can offer is one introduction to someone we have already vetted.
One introduction, not a marketplace
Listing sites work by exposure: your business in front of thousands of browsers, most of whom cannot buy it. Our network works the opposite way. We match your business against the stated acquisition criteria of buyers we know, and we make a single introduction to the one whose fit is strongest.
You approve the introduction before it happens. You learn who they are, why they fit, and how they would fund the purchase, and you can decline without explanation.
Who is in the network
Three kinds of buyers. Strategic acquirers: companies, often competitors or adjacent operators, who will pay a premium for your territory, contracts, or team. Private equity and independent sponsors: groups acquiring profitable Westchester businesses as platforms or add-ons, particularly in services, healthcare-adjacent fields, and light manufacturing. Individual operators: experienced people, frequently coming out of corporate careers along the I-287 corridor, looking to buy and run a single good business.
Every one of them has shown us proof of funds or committed financing before joining the network. Buyers who cannot demonstrate the ability to close never hear about your business.
How sellers are protected
Every buyer signs a confidentiality agreement before receiving identifying details. Your business is described in general terms first, and your name, address, and identity are shared only with your explicit approval. There is no database listing, no blast email, and no circulation of your financials.
Sellers never pay for the introduction. If a sale results, the buyer pays us a disclosed referral fee. Your attorney and accountant review any transaction, as they should with any deal, including ours.
When the network beats a direct offer
Larger businesses, companies with strategic value to a specific acquirer, and owners who want to test one strong alternative before deciding, all tend to do better with an introduction than with our own offer. We will tell you which path fits in the first conversation, and if neither fits, we will say that too.
Begin with a confidential inquiry. An honest answer, one business day, no obligation.
